HOT AIR BALLOON EXHIBITION AGREEMENT

GENERAL: Flip Flop Fantasies Inc. will furnish the balloon, all necessary equipment, fuel, and support vehicle. The balloon will be operated by a commercially licensed pilot provided by Flip Flop Fantasies Inc. Flip Flop Fantasies will perform up to two flight operations per event day. Flight operations shall be conducted weather permitting (am flight and pm flight) only. Each flight operation shall not exceed one hour in duration.
A TETHERED BALLOON OPERATION: The area of the balloon operation shall be a clear space of a minimum dimension of 200’ X 200’. The area must be clear of electrical lines and other overhead or obstructions. Maximum wind conditions for the balloon operation shall be as follows:
A. Tether operation without passengers 7 MPH
B. Tether operation with passengers 5 MPH
A “Free Flight” Balloon Operation: Flip Flop Fantasies agrees to perform a free flight in lieu of the above mentioned TETHERED BALLOON OPERATION. Flip Flop Fantasies agrees to take one passenger on each flight. Radar may not show thunderstorms of level 2 (Orange) or above, located within 50 miles of balloon operation. In all cases Flip Flop Fantasies Inc. reserves the right to not fly or operate the balloon under conditions that would pose a real or potential hazard to persons or property; such decisions will be made by the pilot.
Appearance & Opperational FEES: The Listed event above agrees to pay an appearance fee of $750.00 for each of two (2) appearances per day. A minimum of two day contract is required for an event. In addition an operational fee shall be charged each time the aircraft is assembled and inflated. The additional inflation fee is $500.00 per occurrence with a limit of two per day. A 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to secure event dates. The remaining 50% of the appearance fee is due 7 prior to the start of the event. Operational fees incurred (Weather Permitting) will be charged upon the completion of the event and due within 30 days of the event conclusion.
INSURANCE: Flip Flop Fantasies Inc. maintains necessary and adequate liability insurance with The Schantz Agency, Inc. 302 3rd Street Suite 7B Neptune Beach, FL 32266. Combined liability coverage for Bodily Injury and Property Damage is $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $1,500.00 per day appearance fee is due with the signed agreement to reserve the balloon and event dates. Additional payment for flight time is due 30 days from the conclusion of the event or from invoice issue date.
Total We are requesting (2 days) $3,000.00(3 days) $4,500.00(4 days) $6,000.00(5 days) $7,500.00(6 days) $9,000.00(7 days) $10,500.00 DAYS..
*Balance due if all requested flight time is accomplished. $1,000.00 per day.
I (we) agree to the above contract and shall make the appropriate deposit. A deposit along with this form shall constitute an agreement between both parties. A printed version of this contract shall be sent via USPS.

*Events are responsible for providing a hotel room with two beds for each night of the event for the Flip Flop Pilot and ground support team. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance from DeBary Florida. There will be no travel fees for events within 350 miles of our primary base of operations. Events further than 350 miles may be charged 55 cents per mile travel and a single night accommodations in route to the event..
