2 hour Tethered Exhibition Deposit

This is the deposit for a Two Hour Exhibition.
This deposit covers the first hour of operation for your exhibition. Should weather keep us on the ground you will receive a 50% refund of this deposit. Should weather conditions allow us to conduct flight operations the remainder will be due at the end of the event. You will be charged for each 1/2 hour of operation beyond the first hour of this Tethered Exhibition. Operation fees are rounded up the the nearest 1/2 hour. Operational fees are $1,000.00 / Hr or $500.00 per 1/2 Hr.
Travel Fees For events within 50 miles of our home base in DeBarry Florida there are no travel fees. Travel outside of our area are charged separately based on your location. A 55 cent per mile travel fee will be charged for single day events. Events 150 miles or more outside our area require an overnight stay. A $125 Lodging and meals expense will be added for each overnight required.
